On NPR yesterday or the day before, I listened to some chap (shame on me for not paying attention to who he was or being able to find the link today) getting angry about the fact that the government was actually looking to spend $5 trillion rather than the $700 billion. Not so much because of the figure, but because he felt it was being mismanaged.

I’m a pretty savvy computer user. I tend not to make stupid mistakes. My network security isn’t the toughest, and I’m sure there are things for me to learn, but it’s far from the default and, as far as I know, pretty good.
