My very good friend Pete (who actually may be one of the four people who reads this and knows each of the other three readers very well too) gave this engrossing presentation recently on the work he’s been doing for WhereYouGonnaBe. It’s a great example of someone at the forefront of their industry explaining some tremendously complex and large problems clearly and for everyone to understand.
To me this is fascinating. The problem areas they’re covering there are some of the most interesting I’ve seen in spatial applications, and the sheer scope of the problems is at times mind-boggling. Fortunately, Pete’s a very smart guy.
He’s been kind enough to keep me in the loop since this was just an idea. He even mentions me in the presentation.
It’s amazing and awesome to see how it’s flourished. Here’s to its continued success. What? It’s 3pm. I can have a drink.
